MONTREAL - The Office de consultation publique de Montréal has recommendeds some changes to the building called 2-22, an eight-storey building with a cultural vocation planned for the southeast corner of St. Laurent Blvd. and Ste. Catherine St.
In its report made public Monday morning, the commission said the building has been widely accepted by members of the public who attended the various public consultation sessions in the spring.
