Criticizes transit cuts. Suburbs planned for downturn, why not Montreal? Westmount mayor asks.

As they brace for cuts to public transit funding they fear will hit their residents hard, mayors of Montreal's 15 suburbs are wondering how the central city could have been apparently blindsided by an economic downturn nearly everyone else saw coming as budgets were being tabled in December.
