Beyoncé, in concert at the Bell Centre in Montreal Tuesday July 21, 2009, was among the performers at the inaugural F1 Rocks in Singapore recently.From The Montreal Gazette:
MONTREAL - Montreal may not officially have its Formula One race back yet, but plans are already in the works for a major spinoff.
Organizers for F1 Rocks are in town this weekend to scout locations and talk to potential partners in what would be a star-studded weekend of music-related events to coincide with the race.

My Comment: F1 brings tens of thousands of visitors to Montreal .... with nothing to do at night time. An F1 concert in conjunction with the F1 will be a big hit.
