Accused may face more fraud charges after police question witnesses.
Former investment adviser Earl Jones's fraud and theft case has been postponed until December.
Jones was due to appear at the Montreal courthouse on Monday morning, but his lawyer Jeffrey Boro asked that the hearing be postponed to allow him to review the Crown's evidence.
