Leading the nation in not paying monthly bills on time, survey shows.
Quebecers, Montrealers in particular, are leading the nation in not paying their monthly bills, according to a survey conducted by credit-rating agency Equifax Canada.
The number of seriously delinquent – accounts that are 90 days or worse past due – among Montreal consumers rose 15.9 per cent in February over the same time last year, according to the survey

My Comment: We are probably the same when compared to everyone else .... but there is no question about one thing .... the recession is now hitting Quebec and it shows on how we are paying our bills..
