A bill to redraw Quebec's electoral map, establishing 126 protected ridings while banning anonymous political contributions and making other changes in the province's party financing law, was presented yesterday in the National Assembly.
Democratic Reform Minister Claude Béchard said he wants Bill 78 to be adopted unanimously by June.

My Comment: The financial reforms are long overdue, but I will need to have more information on the electoral riding changes to comment.
