For a second consecutive year, Alouettes head coach Marc Trestman has decided to rest veteran quarterback Anthony Calvillo for the team’s regular-season finale.
And this season, Calvillo will have plenty of company.
“I’d be uncomfortable if something were to happen to him,” Trestman explained. “It comes down to common sense. He played well (last week against Winnipeg) and he’s sharp. I want to make sure he makes it to the (division) final.”

My Comment: If The Alouettes win with their second stringers .... it will be a miracle.
