Q: The Société de transport de Montréal says on its website (http://www.carteopus.info/en/main_nav/ou/garantie) that there will be a replacement guarantee if one's Opus card is lost or stolen, and that details will be available in 2009. ... This seems very vague to me. Don't they just have to update their software? Surely the company they bought the system from has instituted replacement guarantees in other cities. At the least, I'd like to know the reasons for the delays.
