Marathon party at Palais des congrès wraps up at noon.
A total of 12 people have been arrested so far at this year's Bal en blanc, the marathon dance party for an estimated 15,000 revelers underway at the Palais des congrès.
Of those arrested, nine were for drug possession and three were for drug possession with intent to sell, Montreal police Constable Raphaël Bergeron said. Ten are men and two are women.
At last year's event, 16 people had been arrested
