Montreal The voice of English Montreal radio weather is turning off the microphone for good Friday morning.
Ed Cowell, who has been the soothing voice on radio for more than three decades, the last 20 years on CJAD, is officially retiring, and he can’t wait to sleep in past 5 a.m.
