There've been plenty of fake Canadian Twitter accounts - from fake Peter Mansbridge to fake Ben Mulroney.

And while there are plenty of Chefs and culinary minds on the micro-blogging service, Michael Smith - chef, PEI-dweller, TV host, cookbook author, and nice guy - is not one of them.

My Comment: I have been fortunate to eat around the world, and Montreal does equal what the best in New York City, San Francisco, Paris, and Hong Kong can offer .... and it is cheaper.

Also .... the junk food is addictive. Hmmmm .... Lafleurs Hot Dogs, Schwartz's smoke meat, Fairmont bagels .....
