Montreal Former prime minister Brian Mulroney has been officially restored to the good graces of the Conservative Party.
Members of the Conservative federal cabinet – both present and past – turned out in force for a gala celebration of the 25th anniversary of Mulroney’s accession to power held at a downtown Montreal hotel Thursday evening. Attendance for the event was announced at 1,200.
