MONTREAL ­ Despite an 11th-hour request from his lawyer, Earl Jones is to vacate his Dorval condominium on Friday, Sept. 11. The disgraced financier had asked for a stay in his eviction until the end of the month, but at a creditors meeting Wednesday, it was overwhelming agreed by those he has allegedly bilked that he leave his home immediately.

My Comment: The gall of this guy .... he actually thought that he would be able to stay in his (ex)home for a few more weeks.
