MONTREAL – The green flag will drop again in Montreal next year with the return of Formula One.
Grand Prix F1 du Canada Inc. announced Monday that its dispute with the Formula One Administration has been settled, and the return of the Canadian race will soon be announced.
“I am very happy, and fully satisfied, with this outcome,” Normand Legault, president and CEO of Grand Prix F1 du Canada Inc., said in a statement. “I have always been confident of being able to resolve the dispute, given the in-depth understanding I have had to develop of the Formula One racing situation in Canada.
