Habs Shrine Opens In June

The legacy of the Canadiens’ centennial celebration will include a team-dedicated museum and hall of fame, expected to open at the Bell Centre in June.

“One of the things I’ve been somewhat sad about is that there was really nowhere in Montreal where you could go to immerse yourself in the history of this franchise,” Canadiens president Pierre Boivin said.

“I’ve always felt it was a pity that Montrealers and those who come from outside who know of the team didn’t have a place where they could go and reconnect with its heroes and rich history.”
