The Canadian SPCA, based in Montreal, believes it shouldown the spca.com domain name (Sept. 8, 2009).

Pierre Barnoti, the former executive director of the Montreal SPCA, was back in court Wednesday in an ongoing legal battle with his former employer.
The Montreal SPCA is seeking an injunction against Barnoti.
The animal welfare group alleges that Barnoti illegally took over the SPCA's web address for his personal benefit.
