MONTREAL - Canadians inclined to give a thought to Maurice Duplessis this Labour Day Monday, the 50th anniversary of his passing, would have to agree he was prophetic on that count. That said, most Quebecers would likely be inclined to heave a sigh of relief that there's never been another quite like him.
