Last chance to put on winter tires before deadline

You can't put it off any longer.

You must have winter tires on your car as of midnight Monday.

Expect massive lineups at garages -- and don't be surprised to see a few people jacking up cars in the snow.

The fine for driving without the right rubber is $200 to $300.

My Comment: From what I noticed yesterday .... many cars still do not have their winter tires.
