Has The AMT Fixed It's Problems?

Another Winter Of Discontent? -- Montreal Gazette

AMT vowed to fix train service; But agency won't say what it has done to prevent cancellations and delays.

Like many Montreal train commuters, Beaconsfield resident Douglas O'Shaughnessy is apprehensive about the approach of winter.

On many days in January and February, trains on his line - the Montreal/Dorion-Rigaud run - were late or cancelled, with little or no explanation from the Agence métropolitaine de transport, which operates the five suburban rail lines.

O'Shaughnessy teaches at McGill University on Tuesday and Thursday mornings during the winter.

My Comment: I used this service a few times .... my eyes are now rolling on what to expect this winter.
