Quebec To Lower Blood-Alcohol Limits

The group Mothers Against Drunk Driving says 20 per cent of drunk-driving deaths are caused by people with a blood alcohol levels just at or below the legal threshhold.

Quebec could be cracking down further on drinking and driving.

The province says it's is studying the possibility of reducing the legal blood alcohol limit in Quebec.

The Charest government would maintain the current legal blood-alcohol limit of 0.08 for criminal cases.

My Comment: Sorry .... having 2 glasses of wine is not going to be the cause of an accident. MADD is going overboard on this case .... but then again, they want a zero rule for driving.
