Nystrom Leads Flames Past Habs -- Montreal Gazette

CALGARY – Eric Nystrom, who had eight goals in his first 139 National Hockey League games, had two goals – and created traffic on the winner – to give the Calgary Flames a 4-3 win over the Canadiens.

Calgary went ahead for good at 2:16 of the third period when Staffan Kronwall’s shot went through a maze of legs. Nystrom was originally credited with the goal, but the replay indicated that it was deflected in front by Montreal’s Josh Gorges.
