Bonaventure Tops Tremblay's Spending Plans -- Montreal Gazette
MONTREAL – Mayor Gérald Tremblay and his Union Montréal party said Monday they have earmarked $180 million in municipal capital spending for the next three years – setting up spending priorities to be able to deliver on previous commitments that include transformation of an elevated part of the Bonaventure Expressway into an ground-level urban boulevard.

My Comment: After the water meter fiasco .... I must confess that I have a lack of confidence in the mayor when it comes to these bigger projects.
