From The CBC:Montreal police arrested 13 people on drug-related charges during the annual Black & Blue rave party that ended on Monday at the Palais de Congrès.
About 7,000 people spent 15 hours dancing to techno music at the annual rave. Despite the series of drug-related arrests, Const. Olivier Lapointe said the event went smoothly.
