MONTREAL - Henri Provencher is never far from his phone.

He says he’s just one good tip away from finding his granddaughter.

Friday will mark the second anniversary of Cédrika Provencher’s disappearance from Trois Rivières. She was last seen asking neighbours if they had seen a lost white and black dog. Her disappearance triggered an outpouring of support and sympathy from across the province and around the world.
