From The Montreal Gazette:
MONTREAL - Earl Jones, the 67-year-old self-declared financial adviser, was released from jail on $30,000 bail Tuesday afternoon and is not to leave the province.
His bail conditions also forbid him from contacting any of his former clients and he is not to manage anyone's money. Raymond Meikle, a relative, put up Jones’s $30,000 bail.
Jones stood handcuffed in the prisoner's box but didn't look at anyone in the packed courtroom.
He is to be back in court Sept. 28.
