Montreal's H1N1 Vaccination Schedule Might Be Moved Up

Vaccine could be available to high-risk groups as early as Wednesday.

MONTREAL – Montreal public-health authorities are considering moving up this week’s H1N1 vaccine schedule by a day or two to accommodate the surging demand for flu shots.

Starting Friday, the H1N1 vaccine will be available to parents with children under six months of age, as well as families with members who have weakened immune systems. But it’s possible that these individuals might be able to get inoculated as early as Wednesday.
