Ruling On Dead Boxer's Estate Expected Thursday

The family thinks Gatti's 23-year-old Brazilian wife, Amanda Rodrigues, is reponsible for the death even though she's been exonerated.

MONTREAL — The widow of Montreal boxer Arturo Gatti will find out Thursday whether a Quebec judge will agree with her request for an immediate 150-thousand dollars from his estate -- and custody of the couple's dog.

Amanda Rodrigues is in a legal battle with Gatti's relatives over his 6 (m) million dollar estate.
