Habs Silent On Report Linking Players To Alleged Drug Trafficker -- CBC

The Montreal Canadiens are not commenting on a report in Friday's La Presse linking two players to a man arrested in a recent sting operation by city police.

According to the Montreal newspaper, 38-year-old Mangiola Pasquale allegedly made a number of services available, including women and luxury cars, to Canadiens forwards Andrei and Sergei Kostitsyn at bars.

Pasquale was arrested on charges of drug trafficking Feb. 12. Neither of the Kostitsyns are accused of any criminal involvement with Mangiola, La Presse reported.
