From The CBC:The Parti Québécois has decided to breathe new life into an old idea —sovereignty for Quebec.
The party plans to hold a series of discussion forums to drum up new support for sovereignty from other political parties, said former MNA Daniel Turp at the party's national council in Quebec City on the weekend.
