MONTREAL — Accused Ponzi scammer Earl Jones has been declared personally bankrupt by a Quebec court.
But he doesn't appear to have much left worth protecting from the horde of creditors who want a piece of his assets. The embattled financial advisor is listed as having three condominiums, including two in Quebec.
Bankruptcy lawyer Neil Stein says he hopes to subpoena Jones soon.

My Comment: This bankruptcy ruling will close Earl Jones' financial obligations .... unfortunately, his legacy will last a lifetime for all of his victims.
