Housing Prices in Montreal Up In June, 4th Consecutive Month

From The Montreal Gazette:

Housing prices in Montreal rose again in June, the fourth consecutive month of advance, and finished the month up 2.4 per cent from a year earlier, according to the latest Teranet-National Bank national house-price index.

Montreal is the only one of the six metropolitan markets represented in the index that has yet to show a decline over a 12-month period.
