Thousands of men, women and children marched around Montreal in the Fifth annual Weekend to End Women's Cancers.
The two-day, 60-kilometre walk raised $5.7 million to fight the deadly disease.
Organizers appeal to participants with the slogan "Breast cancer is hard. Walking isn't," and since 2005, close to 10,000 people have met that challenge.
Alexis Gaiptman is impressed that the campaign is still successful.

My Comment: I live on LaSalle Blvd. It was cool to see everyone walk by.
