From CTV:A 19th person died on Quebec roads during this year's construction holiday, traditionally one of the most deadly periods for car accidents in the province.
Robert Boyadjian, 26, was killed at 9:30 Saturday night after he clipped the rear bumper of a vehicle while trying to pass it on westbound Highway 20. He lost control of the vehicle at Morgan Rd. in Baie d'Urfé.
