Villeneuve To Drive In Sunday's NASCAR Race -- Canada.com

Jacques Villeneuve will see NASCAR action a little earlier than first thought.

Villeneuve said last month that he would race at Montreal's Circuit Gilles Villeneuve - the track named for his famous father - in a NASCAR Nationwide Series event on Aug. 30.

On Wednesday, a Montreal website quoted Villeneuve's business manager as saying that Villeneuve will race in this weekend's NASCAR Sprit Cup Race in Watkins Glen, N.Y.
